By booking a reading, mentorship session or service through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Zoom Sessions)

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a Zoom session.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made within the 48-hour window.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

2. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late to a scheduled Zoom session will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows are not guaranteed a reschedule and are rebooked at Jenny’s discretion.

• A new payment or deposit may be required to rebook a missed session.

3. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds.

• Due to the energetic, intuitive and time-based nature of this work, refunds are not offered once a Zoom session or email reading has been purchased.

4. Reading Guidelines & Boundaries

• Readings are offered for spiritual guidance, insight and personal growth only.

• I do not answer questions related to:

  • Pregnancy 

  • Medical or mental health diagnoses

  • Legal matters

  • Financial or investment advice

• All clients must be 18 years of age or older. 

• Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.

5. Client Environment for Zoom Readings

• For Zoom sessions, you must be in a quiet, private space and alone for the duration of the reading.

• If this requirement is not met, Jenny reserves the right to end or cancel the session without refund to maintain energetic focus and integrity of the reading.

6. Email Reading Turnaround Time

• For email readings, please allow 3–5 business days from the date of purchase for delivery, unless otherwise stated on the service listing.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

7. Technical Considerations for Zoom Sessions

• Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, working microphone and camera prior to the session.

• If technical issues on the client’s end prevent the session from taking place, it will be treated as a no-show.

• If technical issues occur on Jenny’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

8. Energetic & Intuitive Nature of Readings

• Spirit communicates in ways that are most helpful and healing in the moment.

• Specific outcomes, timelines or connections cannot be guaranteed.

• Messages may be symbolic, emotional or intuitive rather than literal.

• Clients are responsible for their own interpretations, decisions and actions following a reading.

9. Respectful Conduct

• Disrespectful, aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• Jenny reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if boundaries are crossed, without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

• All readings, written content, and materials provided are for personal use only.

• Content may not be copied, shared, published, or redistributed without written permission.

11. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
