Terms of Service

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your Zoom reading.

• Rescheduling can be accommodated with proper notice, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the session.

2. No Shows & Late Arrivals

​

• Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will be considered a "no show" and will need to book a new session if they wish to proceed.

•No-shows are rebooked at Jenny's discretion and may require a new payment / deposit.

3. Refund Policy

​

• All sales are final. No refunds.

4. Reading Guidelines

​

• No pregnancy, fertility, health, or legal questions will be answered.

• All readings are for individuals 18 years and older.

• Readings are for guidance and insight only and should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

• You must be in a quite place, alone, for Zoom readings. If you refuse this, Jenny has the right to cancel the session.

5. Email Reading Turnaround

​

• If you purchase an email reading, please allow up to 72 hours from the date of purchase for delivery, unless otherwise stated.

6. Technical Considerations for Zoom Readings

​

• Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a working microphone/camera before your session.

• If technical issues on your end prevent the reading from taking place, it will be treated as a no-show.

• If technical issues occur on Jenny’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you. These policies are in place to respect both your time and mine, and to ensure a smooth, positive experience for all clients.
